Italian Somaliland (1889–1960) used the Italian tricolour, representing Italian colonial rule over southern Somalia.
Italian Somaliland was an Italian colony in the Horn of Africa (1889–1960). The Union Jack represented Italian colonial rule. Merged with British Somaliland to form Somalia in 1960.
